Steelmaking is a specific activity because it deals with demanding people who have the same technical training as we do. 

     Repair specifications for some customers, such as USINOR, are drawn up by customers themselves: while complying with their specifications, we stay in close contact with customers and, whenever possible, we propose changes that might improve their cylinders.
